Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Kiddify AI account and any associated data at any time. To make a request, send us an email and we will process it as soon as possible.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@kiddifyai.com from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
- Include the email address (or username) associated with your Kiddify AI account so we can verify your identity.
What gets deleted
Upon verification, we will permanently delete your account and associated personal data from our active systems. Some information may be retained for a limited time in backup systems or where required for legal, accounting, or security reasons, after which it will also be removed.
We will confirm your request by replying to the email address that sent it. If you do
not receive a response within a few business days, please check your spam folder or
resend your request.
